Reconciliation, built around your scale.
For finance teams running serious volume across many sources, with security, compliance, and deployment constraints that don't fit a self-serve plan. Dedicated SaaS or on-prem, custom rules, your identity provider, your data residency, your auditor's report format.
Eight capabilities you can't buy off the shelf.
Dedicated SaaS instance
Single-tenant deployment with your data isolated at the infrastructure level. No noisy-neighbour risk, no shared compute, no shared storage. Your VPC or ours.
On-prem / private cloud
Deploy ReconPe entirely inside your own data centre or private cloud. Settlement data, exception state, and audit logs never leave your network perimeter.
Custom reconciliation rules
ACRE engine tuned to your data. Bespoke matching keys, custom field weights, organisation-specific exception classifications. We build the rules; you approve them.
Custom integrations
Your ERP (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho), your banks, your in-house systems, and any marketplace not on the standard 7. We integrate; you keep ownership.
SSO / SAML
Single sign-on through your existing identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin). SCIM provisioning for automated user lifecycle.
Data residency controls
Choose where your data lives — India-only, EU-only, or a specific region of your choosing. Aligns with internal compliance and regulator requirements.
Dedicated success manager
A named point of contact who knows your reconciliation surface, your team, and your operating cadence. Quarterly business reviews. Custom SLAs.
Custom compliance reports
Audit-ready exports for SOX 302/404, SOC 2, internal compliance frameworks, statutory audit. Format and field set built around your auditor's worksheet.
Customisation runs deeper than a flow builder.
Most vendors' "custom" ends at configurable rules. Ours is a ladder — and Enterprise buys the whole ladder, not just the first rung.
Flows and rules, self-serve
Flow Studio's visual canvas and AI-drafted rule sets — on every plan, no services engagement. This is the floor, and it's shown live below.
Your formats, systems, and rules
Bespoke matching rules and exception taxonomies, parsers for your file formats, integrations with your ERP, banks, and in-house systems — built by our team, approved and owned by yours.
Bespoke capability development
When your reconciliation needs a capability that doesn't exist yet — a new workflow, a new module, reports in your auditor's exact format, a deployment shaped to your environment — we scope and develop it for you. Effectively your own reconciliation SaaS, on our engine.
Depth 1, live — the self-serve baseline every plan includes:
Twelve invoices paid with one NEFT. Aggregate rolls vendor bills into an expected payout; Match ties each group to its bank credit; anything left over lands in the exception queue as an unpaid bill.
See the full Flow Studio page — then bring us the reconciliation it can't express. That's the Enterprise conversation.
You don't lose anything you already wanted.

Enterprise questions, answered plainly.
What is custom reconciliation software?
Reconciliation software shaped to your data and process instead of forcing your process into fixed templates: your matching keys and tolerances, your exception categories, your source systems, your deployment model. In ReconPe that runs three depths deep — flows and rules your team assembles self-serve, formats and integrations our team builds with you, and bespoke capability development where we build workflows, modules, and report formats that don't exist yet, scoped to your business alone.
How far does Enterprise customisation actually go?
Further than configuration. If your reconciliation needs a capability that doesn't exist in the product yet — a new workflow, a new module, an industry-specific audit, reports in your auditor's exact format — we scope it in the pilot proposal and develop it for you, delivered on your deployment model (dedicated SaaS, private cloud, or on-prem). Enterprise clients effectively get their own reconciliation SaaS built on our engine, not a configured copy of everyone else's.
Can our team build its own matching rules and flows?
Yes — that's the default, not a professional-services ticket. Rules are AI-drafted from your data and fully editable; flows are assembled on the Flow Studio canvas from typed building blocks, with plain-English conditions compiled into deterministic plans and a per-node preview on sample rows before anything runs. Enterprise adds our team building alongside yours where you want the help.
How long does it take to go live?
Two honest answers. On standard formats (the supported marketplaces, gateways, and file shapes), the self-serve product runs your first reconciliation the same day — typically minutes after upload. Enterprise scope — custom integrations, on-prem deployment, bespoke rules — follows the pilot path on this page: scoping call within a week, written pilot proposal by day 14, pilot kick-off around day 21.
How is AI governed in an enterprise deployment?
AI proposes; an admin disposes. Anything AI-authored that would become shared configuration — rule sets, flow templates, mappings — lands in a review queue as a pending proposal with the AI's reasoning attached, and requires explicit admin approval before it touches live config. Every approval is audit-logged with actor and reason, and the matching path itself never calls an LLM — ACRE is deterministic and reproducible.
What does it cost?
The self-serve tiers are public: Starter at ₹3,999/month and Growth at ₹6,999/month, with a free plan (5 reconciliations plus 3 GST reconciliations) to evaluate on your own data first. Enterprise is priced against actual scope — deployment model, integrations, customisation — after the scoping call, not off a hidden rate card.
Does ReconPe run on-premises, and which identity providers are supported?
Yes — fully on-prem or private-cloud deployment where data never leaves your network, or a dedicated single-tenant SaaS instance. SSO works through SAML with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace and OneLogin, with SCIM provisioning for user lifecycle.

About two minutes to fill in. The more you share, the better we'll prep for the call.
