Is there really a free option?+
Yes, on every product and with no credit card. Commerce & GST includes 5 reconciliations plus 3 GST reconciliations free; FinanceOps has a free wedge tier (1 entity, AR-to-GL); and MarginOps runs your first reconciliation free so you see your gap before you pay. You can stay on the free tiers as long as they fit.
Why do the four products have different prices?+
Because each is metered on the surface it actually operates on. Marketplace and GST reconciliation scales with reconciliation volume; dealer trade-scheme reconciliation (MarginOps) scales with the brands and seats you connect; the month-end close (FinanceOps) scales with the number of legal entities you close. You only pay for the surface you run — not a one-size meter that overcharges everyone.
Can I use more than one product?+
Yes. They are billed separately because the operating surfaces don't overlap — a seller running marketplace audits and a controller closing entities are doing different work. If you operate both, you can have both. Enterprise unifies any combination under one deployment and contract.
Do I have to talk to sales to start?+
Commerce & GST is fully self-serve — start free and upgrade whenever you like. MarginOps, FinanceOps, and Enterprise are assisted, because setup (connecting brands, entities, or a deployment) is done with you; the form in each of those lanes above starts that in a couple of minutes.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime, and monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you keep access through the period you paid for. Annual plans bill for the year and save you two months versus monthly.
What counts as one reconciliation?+
One matched run of a source against a target — for example, a marketplace settlement file reconciled against your ledger, or a GSTR-2B matched against your purchase register. Re-running the same pair to review exceptions doesn't burn a new one.
